BUSS 305 - Entrepreneurship and Innovation This course introduces the student to the concept of entrepreneurship. Emphasis is placed on the characteristics, management skills, and personal management skills of successful entrepreneurs. Students learn how to manage the human capital, financial, and marketing resources needed for a successful entrepreneurial venture.
