BUSS 175 - Principles of Management
This course is designed to present students with basic management concepts, terminology and techniques. Students will gain an understanding of the new and emerging environmental forces in the context of a more global and technology-driven business world. Trends related to the management of people and other organizational resources are explored. Students apply the fundamental management skills of planning, organizing, influencing, and controlling to solve management problems through the use of industry and group projects.
