ED 240 - Teaching for Coaches: Coaches as Teachers This course will analyze and evaluate educational, psychological and sociological concepts as they relate to coaching and mentoring. Students will focus intentionally on the implicit behaviors of coaching, mentoring, and community building that may benefit from explicit design, implementation, assessment, feedback, and reflection methods. The importance of coaching and mentoring identity and philosophy development will be demonstrated in order to make coaching decisions with confidence.
