BUS 295 - Business Law This course investigates various aspects of doing business in a global marketplace and teaches by exploring agency law; contracts and commercial law; business entities; securities law; taxation; international law; and several aspects of ethical business behavior in a global marketplace. Students will also survey current topics affecting the many stakeholders of a business and reinforce learning through experiential exercises.
