BUS 175 - Principles of Management This course is designed to present students with basic management concepts, terminology, and techniques. Students will gain an understanding of the new and emerging environmental forces in the context of a more global and technology-driven business world. Students apply the fundamental management skills of planning, organizing, influencing and controlling to solve management problems through the use of real-life case studies and group projects.
