HIST 575 - Studies in National Socialist Germany Students will analyze the development of Germany from the end of the First World War to Germanys collapse in 1945. While work will focus on the nature and the development of the national socialist regime and on the Shoah, the course includes the history of anti-Semitism and the struggle between modernity and conservatism in Weimar Germany.
