BUSS 644 - Risk Management and Decision Making The Risk Management course provides a thorough study of the nature of risk and its impact on management and business decision making. Decision modeling techniques are used to analyze and understand risk. The course will also provide an understanding of how to identify and manage risk in a project through: risk management infrastructure; risk management planning; risk response planning, monitoring, and control; and risk reporting. The course provides an introduction to probabilistic modeling techniques for risk management decision making with spreadsheet implementation using Monte Carlo analysis.
