EDUC 410 - Advocacy, Collaboration and Special Education Law This course explores the Individual Education Plan process from identification and referral through development, implementation, and monitoring. Professional and ethical practice is explored through an examination of state and federal law and the New Hampshire Standards for Education of Children with Disabilities. Students will understand the role of collaboration and advocacy in the context of diverse families, schools and communities.
