BUS 328 - Professional Selling & Sales Management Course provides a strategic and pragmatic view of selling and sales management in professional environments. Fundamentals of personal selling, sales representative recruitment, development, and motivation, as well as sales force organization and management will be covered. A variety of teaching methods including case studies, role playing, and guest speakers will augment assigned readings and lectures.
