BUS 323 - Consumer Behavior Students will investigate the often complex task of determining how and why consumers obtain, use and dispose of goods and services. Demographic factors, psychological variables, situational economic climate, and marketing forces all have an impact on the buying decisions of consumers. Successful marketers study past consumer behavior and try to predict how target market consumers will react in the current marketplace.
