POL 401 - Constitutional History of the U.S.


This course is a study of the evolution of constitutional law in the United States. It begins with the drafting and ratification of the Constitution and the doctrine of judicial review and chronicles the development of major constitutional principles in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
