BUS 560 - Organizational Dynamics
The course focuses on the dynamic interaction that occurs within organizational settings. Managerial principles are explored within the context of individual and group dynamics and the implications for effective organizational development. Emphasis is placed on consumer/customer perspectives of the organizations’ products and services. Based on behavioral aspects of effective organizational management strategies.
