HLS 341 - Cyber Crime
This course offers an extensive examination of computer-related crimes, protecting systems and data along with the basics of investigating them. Students explore the evolution of cybercrime, cybersecurity, legal issues in the admission of digital evidence, cyberterrorism and network security techniques. Topics include computer forensic investigations, email IP tracking, evidence collection, computers as criminal targets, cyberterrorism, and the emerging field of cyber-criminology.
