ED 624 - Psychopathology This course introduces students to the concepts of assessment, diagnosis and treatment of DSM disorders in children, adolescents and adults. A case study approach is employed in order for students to become familiar with the presenting problems that clients encounter in both school and clinical settings. The link between etiology, treatment planning, and intervention based on theory is emphasized. School and clinical strategies are considered. This is an introductory course in the PsyD program.
