Homeland and International Security (Day)

Return to Academic Programs Return to: Academic Programs

Globalization has posed exponential international level challenges to world peace, security and the stability of communities, transcending any defined nation or state boundary. Nations cannot afford to prepare the next generation of national, regional, and local leaders without adequate understanding of global development, including the United States. Given the University’s mission to “transform hearts and minds to serve the world,” the need for formal education and workforce preparation in the realm of transnational security affords students true global perspectives, engagement, and career opportunities. Please refer to the Homeland and International Security department for more information on the program.
