The M.Ed. Program in Education Studies enables students to broaden and deepen their professional knowledge and competencies.

Degree Requirements (39 credits)


Individualized Program of Study (21 credits)


The Individualized Plan of Study is specifically designed to meet students’ career needs and goals by developing an area of concentration in the following program areas:

Counseling and School Psychology
Education Administration
Early Childhood
Elementary
Middle/Secondary
Special Education

Students meet with the director of the program to develop an Individualized Program of Study that draws courses from the various programs sponsored by the Division of Education and other divisions. A six credit project is included in each program of study.
