ED 532 - Advanced Learning Disabilities Methods and Technology


Provides an in-depth study of how to teach students with learning disabilities in a regular classroom and/or resource room setting. Metacognition, learning strategies, assistive technology and current programs in reading, writing, math, language, and spelling are emphasized. In this field-based course, students are required to research, observe, and teach students with learning disabilities for a minimum of 15 hours.
