BUS 215 - Principles of Marketing


Students will understand the role of marketing in business and nonprofit organizations and its relationship and interaction with all the other functions of a business. They will study the overall marketing process, as well as the individual components of the marketing mix (product, pricing, promotion and place or distribution) of a product/brand. They will prepare a marketing plan and develop key strategies for each component of the marketing mix through exposure to real life case studies.
